This rustic camp setting is located in the Mt. Hood National Forest, at the base of Mt. Hood. Just minutes from the ski slopes of Government camp, and close to plenty of hiking/biking trails, it’s a perfect place to hold a retreat, conference, wedding, or other getaway for small groups all the way to events of over 100 people.

Several of the historic cabins boast massive stone fireplaces, as well as provide the modern convenience of full kitchens. Fanning Hall provides a gorgeous meeting hall (perfect for a conference or reception, and even used by past dance camps for practice space). Cy Lodge has a beautiful meeting space with flat screen t.v. (retreats and conferences can hook up laptops here) and iPod dock. Our historic lodge, Laurel, has all the charm of yesteryear while being up-to-date with a semi-commercial kitchen and open meeting space that can be converted for a family reunion, corporate leadership training, or even to host an inside wedding.

Families and smaller groups might be interested in our Director’s Cabin/Cottage Cheese Cabin choice, which provides two darling cabins behind our fish pond, nestled into the hillside, with bathroom, television, and microwave.

If you’d like something more down to earth, our yurt can host 6-8, and is a lot of fun in late spring and early fall!

For groups over twenty, we have a superb chef on-site that can prepared catered meals for an additional cost.

Within the 22 acres of this camp, you can find old growth trees, the burbling Little Zig Zag River, an outside amphitheater, both high ropes and low ropes adventure course elements for team building, and plenty of porches to enjoy a rocking chair. Enjoy one of the nearby hikes, hit up the slopes of Mt. Hood, or simple enjoy the idyllic setting of camp.

Renting season is late August thru early June, and in the winter we keep the roads clear and the lodges heated!
