We hope you will consider us as a site for any future conference, retreat, team training facility, adventure activity workshops or anything else in your group’s plans.CAMP TOWANDA, in the Northeastern Pocono Mountains is just 3 hours from NYC and Philadelphia . The facility provides its own special beauty and serenity. We regularly host groups with widely ranging needs and requirements, from as few as 50 guests to well over 500.Accommodations include cabins, dormitories, private and semi-private rooms with full bathrooms and showers. Meeting space is available in the various indoor conference rooms, outdoor amphitheaters or at any of the picnic spots.Sports facilities include 12 championship tennis courts, Olympic sized pool, 50 acre spring fed lake, a 10,000 square foot indoor field house with stage and full court basketball, as well as an enclosed roller and floor hockey arena; ropes course and climbing wall catering to adventure programs and 150 acres for biking, hiking, jogging or any team sport you care to participate in. The local area off campus has championship PGA golf courses, art galleries, world class fishing streams as well as river rafting and canoeing.Food service has earned rave reviews. Full course meals with many choices are planned with your group’s involvement. Our staff work closely with you and your guests dietary needs.Whether you are looking for a simple gathering with child favorites or an elaborate buffet with carving stations, prime rib or lobster, we can put together an appropriate menu that fits every budget.The rates are an exceptional value. Each night’s stay and three meals can be reserved for as little as $50.00 per person.Space is available from late May thru September….EXCLUDING June 10 Thru August 15.
