A 12 bedroom 15 bath Private Escape Very Close (10 minute Drive) to the Town of Breckenridge,CO. And World Class Skiing at Peak 8.

This Home is especially perfect for all large groups 8-24 people but we cater to all Large Groups,

We are located on 12 private acres next to the Arapahoe National Forest with excellent hiking and Biking Trails that start right from the Property and connect with the Colorado trail.

There is an extensive amount of parking up to 45 cars or plenty of area for the Kids to ride their toys while you enjoy the views and peace and quite from our large deck.

We Host Weddings up to 150 people with private onsite catering detailed to your liking.
